These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of qishenghome.com and to purchases made through this store.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. About Us

This website is operated by HK QC LIMITED.

“Qisheng,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Qisheng and HK QC LIMITED.

We sell diatomite coasters and related home products to customers in the United States.

2. Website Use

You agree that:

  • You are old enough to make an online purchase where you live, or you are using the site with a parent or guardian
  • The information you give us is accurate
  • You will not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity
  • You will not interfere with the site’s operation or security
  • You will not copy or scrape site content for commercial use without permission

If we find fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms, we may cancel the affected order and block further use of the site.

3. Products

We provide product names, descriptions, images, dimensions, and materials on each product page.

The actual item may differ slightly from website images because of screen settings, lighting, natural materials, or production batches. Small color or texture differences are normal. They do not mean the product is not the item described.

Inventory can change. We may update product information or stop selling an item if it is out of stock.

If an item cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will cancel that item and refund the amount paid for it.

4. Orders and Payments

Enter a complete name, email, phone number, billing address, and shipping address at checkout.

After you submit an order:

  • We send an order confirmation by email
  • We process the order after payment is confirmed
  • An order confirmation means we received the order. It does not mean the order can never be canceled

We may cancel an order if:

  • The item is out of stock
  • Payment cannot be verified
  • The shipping address is missing, incorrect, or not in a supported area
  • We detect fraud or unauthorized activity

If we cancel an order for a reason on our side after payment, we refund the full amount paid for the canceled item to the original payment method.

5. Pricing

Prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

The price shown at checkout is the price that applies.

If a listing has an obvious pricing or display error, we will not fulfill the order at the incorrect price. We will email you. You may confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

We may change prices or end promotions at any time. A change does not apply to an order already paid, except for an obvious pricing error as described above.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. If this section and the Shipping Policy differ, the Shipping Policy controls shipping details.

Summary:

  • Orders ship from U.S. fulfillment centers
  • We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. only
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, freight-forwarding addresses, or addresses outside the United States
  • Standard shipping is free on orders of $39.99 or more, and $4.99 on orders under $39.99
  • Processing takes 1–3 business days after payment
  • The daily cutoff is 6:00 PM Central Time
  • Transit takes 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Estimated total delivery is 4–10 business days after payment

These times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

If an order is placed with an unsupported address, we will cancel it and refund the full amount paid.

7. Cancellation

Email service@qishenghome.com with your order number.

  • If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and refund the full amount paid to the original payment method.
  • If the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Use the Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. If this section and that policy differ, the Return & Refund Policy controls return details.

Summary:

  • Request a return within 30 days of delivery
  • Email us first and wait for return instructions before shipping an item back
  • For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping. The original outbound shipping fee is not refunded
  • For a confirmed defect, transit damage, or wrong item, we pay return shipping and refund the product price
  • We do not offer direct exchanges

9. Intellectual Property

The Qisheng name, logo, product images, product text, and site design are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

We use third parties for payment, shipping, fulfillment, website hosting, and analytics. Their terms apply to the services they provide. We share with them only the information needed to process your order or run the site, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Website Availability

The website may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

If a site error prevents you from completing an order, email service@qishenghome.com.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including carrier delays, weather, network outages, or losses caused by an incorrect address you provided.

These Terms do not limit any consumer right that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version on this page, including the Last Updated date, is the current version.

A change to these Terms does not change the shipping, return, or price terms of an order you already paid, except where a separate policy already allows a correction for an obvious error or an unsupported address.
